The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who performs skilled nursing visits, coordinates client care, and serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in providing care to patients.
This role oversees the frequency of visits for each episode, consults with physicians and office staff as needed, and ensures accurate OASIS collection, medication profiles, and timely lab value reporting.
