Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, possesses strong organisational skills, and has a keen interest in marketing strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and print.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, product launches, and events.
• Support content creation for social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and tone.
• Help manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track engagement and assist with social media analytics reporting.
• Assist in gathering and analysing data for marketing strategies and reports.
• Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and promotional emails.
• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, or webinars.
• Organise marketing materials, maintain project timelines, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team.
