Position Overview : Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping others? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Medicare Sales Career Agents to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting clients in selecting the best Medicare plans to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Educate clients about Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' healthcare needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay current with Medicare regulations, product offerings, and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system.
