About the Role

If you have Tableau certification, at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data visualization, and a knack for stakeholder collaboration, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Create impactful dashboards – Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that bring data to life and support strategic decision-making.
- Translate business needs into visual solutions – Partner with business analysts, data scientists, and leadership teams to understand requirements and build insightful reports.
- Analyze data for key trends and opportunities – Identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and security – Maintain the integrity of visualizations by ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting tools.
- Mentor and guide – Act as the Tableau expert, providing best practices and training to enhance the team’s data visualization capabilities.
- Manage multiple projects – Balance priorities effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytical solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders – Present insights in a clear and compelling way, incorporating feedback to refine and improve reports.
What You Bring
- Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst) – a must!
- 3 years of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills to extract and transform data efficiently.
- A sharp eye for design and storytelling, making complex data easy to understand.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and cloud-based data sources.
- Excellent communication skills – You can break down data concepts for any audience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, gathering requirements, and incorporating feedback effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in coding and data management for deeper analytical capabilities.
- Experience in leadership or management, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
- Knowledge of other visualization tools like Power BI or Looker.
