Responsibilities:
- Set up agents with State insurance course
- Help submit- State applications with agents Schedule state exams
- Schedule fingerprints
- Keep agents on schedule to complete course
- Send new licensed agents their onboarding link
- Track process of onboarding paperwork
- Educate agents on individual carrier onboarding and certification process
- Maintain copies of all completed certifications in a central repository
- Keep agent status during the process and keep in a central repository
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate via e-mail, telephone, and verbally Monitor new licensed and Pre-license agent's status.
- Purchase non-resident licenses for the Agent as needed
- Contracting support as needed
- Audit Reviews
- All other duties as assigned by Licensing Manager
- Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a diverse team Track record of professional/corporate customer service skills
- Demonstrable competency with Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint and databases
- Effectively organize, problem solve, analyze information, document, and communicate Strong written and verbal communication skills
