The Quality Escalations Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving escalated quality issues within the organization. Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and preventive measures to enhance overall quality performance.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality escalations, investigations, and resolutions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and trends to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
