Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our clients, the Administrative assistance plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment clients walk in. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining an efficient front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our booking software. Email and text message campaigning and responding.
Help with marketing with social media and planning spa events.
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless client service and efficient operation.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Administrative assistance : 1 year (Required)
Previous experience in a administrative assistance or sales role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
Part-time
Pay: $16.00 & up based on experience
Expected hours: 32 per week
