As an Administrative / Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes handling phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for staff members
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
- Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and projects
- Handle mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain databases as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
