As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the events team to support the coordination, planning, and execution of corporate, social, and promotional events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with logistics, managing vendor relationships, helping with event marketing, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on event day. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, workshops, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Support in the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, promotional content, and signage.
- Assist with event marketing efforts, including social media posts, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Track event budgets, process invoices, and ensure expenses stay within approved limits.
- Help with attendee registration, guest lists, and onsite check-ins.
- Provide onsite event support by assisting with setup, managing attendee needs, and ensuring everything runs according to plan.
- Assist in post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and analyzing event success.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, timelines, and schedules.
