Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the HR department and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and compliance with company procedures.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career growth initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead employee performance reviews, assist in goal setting, and provide coaching to managers on performance management.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and analysis to leadership for decision-making.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve HR processes.
