- Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and presence across all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build relationships with followers.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with other teams (content, design, PR, marketing) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and create targeted ad campaigns to drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and an eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
