SUMMARY
Seeking a Packaging Engineer in the Dallas / Fort Worth / Grand Prairie are to assist sales reps in designing, sourcing, quoting, and selling state-of-the-art packaging machinery. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit clients with packaging sales reps to help identify, advance, and close integration and equipment opportunities.
- Understand client needs to achieve the right equipment solutions at the best price.
- Train to help level up sales rep's skills in equipment, automation, and integration.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements with vendors and prospective customers.
- Assist sales team when needed in presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Meet with customers as needed to showcase equipment capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operational processes.
- Execute strategic plans to help reps achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and their clients.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives within established time frames.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Create CAD drawings of proposed Equipment integration project to ensure fit and function align with customer's expectations.
