Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Content Creation: Work with the content team to develop copy and visuals for email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and paid ads
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and help grow our online community
- SEO & SEM: Support SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking performance to drive organic and paid traffic
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and email marketing platforms. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- Email Marketing: Assist in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns, ensuring they’re optimized for open rates and conversions
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, and product teams) to ensure marketing materials align with the overall brand strategy
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
