Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from concept to completion, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- Work with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and vision
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, AV, decor)
- Manage event logistics, including timelines, staffing, and transportation
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and tracked
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and handle event-related communications
- Handle all on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event
- Coordinate attendee registration, ticketing, and communications
- Assist with post-event evaluations, feedback, and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination (internships are a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with budgeting and managing event finances is a plus
