Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Help manage and update content on our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and track marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
- Prepare reports and presentations to track campaign performance and outcomes
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials (e.g., flyers, emails, social media posts)
- Manage customer databases, track marketing leads, and assist with CRM tasks
- Assist with administrative duties related to marketing activities, including scheduling, filing, and communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, internship experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
