Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for assisting the chiropractor with patient care, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment and performing therapies as directed.
- Provide excellent patient service by greeting patients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
- Manage patient records, including updating patient information and maintaining accurate and organized files.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, stretches, and exercises to promote recovery and wellness.
- Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning and organizing equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirming visits, and following up with patients as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, taking payments, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating social media posts and organizing community events.
- Helping to maintain a clean office by taking out trash, wiping down counters, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Compensation
Based on experience, skill level, and work ethic. Performance based bonuses when earned.
Hours will mostly be afternoon times. We can be flexible to a degree with hours. This position needs to be ok covering for other employee when sick or on vacation which means more hours for those particular events.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
