Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in all areas of the facility.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
- Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
Facility Upkeep:
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, such as spills.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Safety Compliance:
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Must be authorized to work in US.
