Who are you?
Enhesa is seeking a new Account Manager for our Tokyo office! In this role, you will maintain and expand relationships with all existing customers under Japan Enhesa. You will be responsible for achieving sales figures and assigned account objectives, such as retention and growth. You’ll represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Build relationships with key Client personnel, decision-makers, stakeholders and buyers. Be the central Point of Contact for Enhesa’s customer base in the APAC region. Capture, report and act on customer feedback.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Understand our customer base’s unique goals and business processes as well as provide knowledge of our applications to the customer. Uncover roadblocks, and deliver strong account guidance based on periodical meeting with customers in line with SOP and guideline by each BU.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Onboarding clients. Responsible for onboarding of clients to Enhesa services in the APAC region. Develop and execute client success plans and strategies. Facilitate the communication between the Client and Enhesa’s Support Services (Client Services, Expert Services, etc.).
- Manage and own contract renewals and addendums. Own and negotiate contract renewals and addendums. Create demand and continuously seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Enhesa’s products. Provide visibility on the opportunities pipeline and forecasted revenue.
- Maintain a perspective of the long-term goals and objectives of our customers over time and how to help them get there using Enhesa services. Develop a concrete knowledge of Enhesa services to stay ahead of service changes and systems upgrades.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve client acquisition, retention and proactive notification/communication. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Participate in Tradeshows, Conferences, and some other events.
What to bring to the table?
- A bachelor’s degree
- 5 years experience with account management and/or sales manager or similar role in a B2B environment
- Experience in executing sales and account plan-based strategies for current clients
- Demonstrated ability to achieve annual growth targets and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and cloud base file sharing system (e.g. SharePoint)
- Experience in cloud base CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics)
- Experience of working in a global organization under matrix structure is plus
- Native level in Japanese and proficiency level in English (TOEIC >800). Other languages are an asset.
