Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and functional requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and feasibility.
• Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
• Assist in project planning, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and ensure business needs are met through proper testing.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates effectively.
• Support implementation and change management initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, SQL (for data analysis), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [Industry/Domain – e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Retail, IT, etc.]
• Knowledge of BI tools, data visualization, and reporting frameworks.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
