Data Architect

Duties

• Design and develop architectural frameworks that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Vaticinate potential challenges in project execution and propose effective solutions.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Utilize Linked data principles to ensure seamless integration of information across platforms.
• Manage data processing using Hadoop for large-scale data analysis.
• Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS to improve scalability and performance.
• Oversee ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python for various applications.
• Utilize SQL for database management and querying to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain server architecture to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Leverage Informatica for data integration tasks, ensuring high-quality data flow across systems.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with Linked data technologies, Hadoop, AWS, ETL processes, Python, SQL, server management, and Informatica is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
