Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing system performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and improve business processes.
Duties
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to enhance user functionality.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems using APIs and data import/export tools.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in T-SQL for database management and queries.
- Familiarity with JavaScript for client-side scripting within the CRM environment.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Experience with XML for data manipulation and integration tasks.
- Knowledge of computer networking, systems engineering, and system architecture principles.
- Familiarity with VMWare for virtualized environments is a plus.
- Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) for managing user permissions is desirable.
