Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product development. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined and prioritized.
- Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance.
- Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to internal teams and leadership.
- Ensure products meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Required Qualifications:
✅ Experience: 10 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
✅ Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe frameworks.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development, APIs, and cloud platforms.
✅ Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
➕ Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
