We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead, plan, and execute projects across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Collaborate with business teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear project updates.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:

- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12 years of project management experience in IT, Construction, Finance, or other domains.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud, AI, or Software Development Projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile certification.
