Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. You will play a crucial part in maintaining quality systems and implementing quality management practices to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Duties

• Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product integrity throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that address quality issues effectively.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of quality assurance protocols.
• Document findings and prepare reports on quality metrics for management review.
• Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality control practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Knowledge of quality systems and management principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for reporting findings clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
