Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP modules based on client needs.
• Implement SAP best practices and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues.
• Integrate SAP solutions with third-party applications.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and innovations.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, BW, S/4HANA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization.
• Understanding of ABAP programming (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 for modern SAP applications (optional).
• Knowledge of SAP integration tools like BAPIs, IDOCs, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP HANA database.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, Security, or GRC.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur.
• Certification in relevant SAP modules is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• SAP Certification in the relevant module (preferred).
