What You’ll Do:
- Provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
- Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for daily living, transportation, medication and more.
- Deliver high-quality services in community, residential, and facility settings.
- Build strong relationships with consumers and external stakeholders.
- Flexibly support service recipients in multiple locations across Ocean County.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
- Basic computer skills, including documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
