About Us and Our Program:
Easterseals, a national nonprofit, has supported individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. Its community mental health clinic, Centerpath Wellness, provides mental health, addiction, and wellness services to children and adults throughout New Jersey.
What You’ll Do:
The Outpatient Clinician provides personalized care and a broad range of comprehensive clinical services, empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals and making a meaningful impact on individuals and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provides services and assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing/accrediting bodies.
- Develops & implements clinical activities, including intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning, provision of therapy and case management, and facilitation of groups in partial care program.
- Documents both group and individual patient care interventions and outcomes in a timely manner.

- Professionally competent documentation of clinical activity
Who You Are:
- Education: Master's degree in social work, clinical counseling, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy services.
- Requirements: Spanish fluency required.Clinical license preferred (LPC, LCSW); preliminary license acceptable (LSW, LAC).
- Skills: Computer proficiency with MS Office and Electronic Health Records.
