What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple residential sites, ensuring compliance with licensing standards
- Manage the residential budget, staff schedules, and overtime
- Monitor fiscal, medical, and personal documentation for accuracy
- Participate in Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and Individual Habilitation Plan (IHP) development
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports
- Ensure accurate documentation to meet consumers' needs (employment, recreational, emotional)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, Health, or Human Services, OR
- A combination of 1 years of college and related life/work experience totaling 4 years
- 1 year experience in a mental health group home setting, AND 1 year of management experience
- Proven leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with individuals with mental illness
- Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
- Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of state/local regulations
