Position Description :
The Business Unit Leaders is responsible for overseeing shop floor employees that perform a variety of aerospace manufacturing processes. The Business Unit Leader role works very closely with the production planning group to effectively communicate daily priorities to the floor.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Responsible for Key KPI's including safety, quality, cost, and sales
- Troubleshoot problems with parts and equipment.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are always followed.
- Act with integrity and ethical behavior.
- Oversee production methods and look for improvements.
- Coordinate several products simultaneously.
