Position Description : The CNC Machine Operator produces machined parts by operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The position is for WEEKEND NIGHT shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 AM; working 36 hours and receiving a 4-hour bonus, totaling 40 hours, also includes a 35% shift differential. Essential Responsibilities : Load parts and operate machines (Lathe, Mill, andor EDM)Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectationsPerform minor edits of CNC program and replace tooling as neededInspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc.Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management SystemMonitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisorDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staffOther duties as directed by supervisorQualifications : High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferredWorking knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processesStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to deal with complexityCapable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitudeBenefits : Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.
