Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:
The driver reports directly to the materials manager. The position is responsible for delivering material to customers and suppliers. Candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to communicate and maintain schedules. The driver will support material control activities when not on the road. This is a full-time position approximately 40 hours per week.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely operates cargo van for product delivery and pickup.
- Safely operates forklift and pallet truck to move materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo.
- Keeps all boxes, skids, totes, documentation, etc. organized in designated staging areas.
- Package parts and material for shipment to customers and outside services.
- Supports weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintains trace on all material coming in and out of stock.
- Backfills for material control, shipping & receiving as required.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Other business-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- 5 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Basic keyboarding ability.
- Prior experience working with Inventory Control Systems preferred.
