Sales & Customer Service Liaison

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description: The Sales and Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for communication and data collection between customers and Enjet Aero Operations. The sales and Customer Service Liaison will report to the Director of Sales and have a dotted line to the President of Enjet Aero Manchester.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on sales forecasts, budget proposals, and performance analysis with both customers and Enjet operations.
• Provide support to the Estimating Department.
• Manage and maintain existing and new customer relationships.
• Forge strong, long-term partnerships to support sustained business growth.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•  A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with minimal supervision.
•  Extensive knowledge of Aerospace Engines.
•  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
•  Self-motivated and willing to travel occasionally.
•  Some ERP experience as well as understanding sourcing of components and services.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•  Experience in manufacturing or complex processing a plus.
