Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description : Responsible for overseeing shipments of outgoing material, parts, and products. Occasionally assist with receipt of inbound products.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of packaging and shipping items leaving the facility.
• Manage all important documents such as travelers, packing slips, bills of lading, etc.
• Responsible for scheduling and managing shipments to and from the facility.
• Inspect parts, certs, and other features of completed orders.
• Supports the Quality receiving inspection process; records and checks quantity and quality of goods received.
• Investigate and resolve Shipping / Receiving related issues.
• Maintain records for all inbound receipts per documented processes as well as non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments.
• Work within and promote established safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, other staff, and customers.
• Operating forklift to load / unload trucks
• Occasional vendor / customer deliveries
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
