The Supervisor will coordinate cases internally or with the Department of Mental Health and/or other funding sources/agencies, to ensure timely access to care is delivered based on the identified level of care.

The Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals. HSSP services are provided as part of an integrated model in which the Los Angeles County (LAC or County) Department of Mental Health (Department or DMH), Department of Health Services (DHS), and Department of Public Health (DPH) partner to respectively provide mental health services, intensive case management services (ICMS) and substance use services, as appropriate, to clients who are in or have been matched to PSH. The integration of services provided to clients is expected to decrease incarcerations, homelessness, hospitalizations, and frequent visits to psychiatric emergency rooms.

Core Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical oversight to assigned staff via regular supervision. Document staff performance and growth objectives.
- Ensure that staff client service hour expectations are met to ensure access to care capacity to serve community needs.
- Facilitate Meetings to ensure staff are given accurate, timely information.
- Train and coach staff to ensure adherence to Enki policies and procedures, documentation standards, and EBP certification requirements.
- Ensures staff adheres to Enki and Los Angeles County- DMH policies and procedures.
- Provide consultation to staff on clinical issues, including diagnosis review, level of care, referral to MCP, charting, mandated reporting, and risk assessments (DTS/DTO).
- Available to respond to clinic crises or client complaints. Provide client care as needed, including intake assessments and ongoing treatment.
- Assist in organizing, directing and supporting inter-agency relationships, assuring treatment in program(s) reflects the input of the multi-disciplinary team, while matching the program's Statement of Work.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff for clinical positions. Train and orient new hires to Enki's mission and documentation standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with other community agencies, schools, programs and the Department of Mental Health by attending program specific meetings and/or trainings.
- Inform Clinic Manager of significant administrative, clinical and/or personnel issues.
- Coordinate with Clinic Manager to develop program(s) that meet the needs of target population.
- Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians accruing SPE for licensure.
- If applicable, obtain LPS designation to provide LPS assessments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One (1) year administrative experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health policies and procedures.
- Two (2) years experience working with Chronically Mentally Ill population.
- Licensed or license eligible MFT, LCSW, LPCC, Ph.D. or Psy.D. with clinical experience (i.e. providing individual, group and family treatment) under supervision and registered with the State Board.
- Valid California driver's license, current automobile insurance, and eligibility to drive for the Company preferred.
- Ability to perform in a positive, courteous, flexible and adaptive manner.
- Able to exercise independent judgement and initiative.
- Computer literate and experienced with computer programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using an Electronic Medical Health Record databases is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
- See well enough (with or without corrected vision) to read fine print, hand-written materials, and a computer screen.
- Speak and hear well enough (with or without assistive device) to converse in person and by telephone.
- Finger, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms, including ability to use a computer keyboard.
- Have the mobility (with or without assistive device) to stand, sit, crouch, and move from one work area to another.
- Have the strength to lift, carry or push office equipment and supplies used in normal job functions up to 20 lbs.
- Stamina to effectively perform work activities.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
