Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of campaign events, ensuring seamless operations.
• Work closely with the Events Manager to oversee all event specifics and logistics.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and event attendees, addressing their questions and needs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
• Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients and sponsors.
• Track sales targets and performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Capability to manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
• A positive attitude and adaptability.
• One-year event planning, coordination, or support experience is preferable, but not required.
• Must be able to work on-site.
