Position Summary
The Farm Operator is responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, including crop production, soil management, equipment operation, and animal care. This role requires expertise in regenerative agriculture, farm machinery operation, and general farm maintenance. The Farm Operator will collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure sustainable, productive, and well-maintained farm operations.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of farm experience, including knowledge of tractor operation and regenerative agriculture practices.
- Ability to operate farm machinery, including tractors, tillers, aerators, and irrigation systems.
- Strong understanding of soil health, compost management, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Experience working with livestock (chickens preferred).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Preferred certifications: Narcan Training, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
