We are currently hiring a full-time Business Development Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies in order to achieve budgeted admissions targets. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing and managing systems, particularly the referral development program. This position is instrumental in helping to ensure exceptional client and community satisfaction, and in developing and achieving community education and awareness goals.

Requirements
- 1-2 years’ Experience in metrics based outside sales with preference to those with experience within addiction treatment, preferred
- Driver’s License
