Responsibilities
- Creates features for development including a clear articulation of business value, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Works with engineering to groom features and ensure requirements are properly captured and understood, then validates that all requirements are met once delivered by engineering.
- Works with Experience Design to create UI designs that are efficient, effective, and attractive. Uses data to analyze important metrics and to drive decision-making including ROI, cannibalization, customer usage and quality.
- Develops product strategies that include business cases, customer release plans, comprehensive marketing plans and activities for product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement and positioning within the competitive arena.
- Establishes pricing strategies for products. Oversees the ongoing adoption of products including monitoring of P&L, upgrades and enhancements and ongoing customer feedback.
- Develop appropriate product sunset strategies when necessary. Partners with sales and account management to drive revenue growth of products through targeted sales campaigns or customer presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have demonstrated excellent business judgment and strategic aptitude.
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with attention and focus on detail.
- Must be a quick learner with superior verbal and written communication and presentations skills.
- Experience conducting market research and identifying business development opportunities required.
- The ability to interact and form trusting relationships with internal and external customers from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
- Possess a "can-do" attitude and a passion for constant improvement.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $71,681 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
