We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing team. If you have a passion for strategic sourcing, a track record of managing complex sourcing initiatives, and a drive to optimize sourcing strategies, we invite you to apply. As the Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in our strategic sourcing function. Your primary focus will be to execute strategic sourcing strategies that optimize costs and enhance partnerships with internal business units. You will participate in cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to achieve our sourcing objectives.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
Sourcing Strategy, Supplier Management, and Contract Negotiation :
- Collaborate with internal business units to gain a deep understanding of their sourcing needs and priorities.
- Execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives while optimizing costs and supplier relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and performance improvement.
- Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements while mitigating risks.
- Ensure that all contracts align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewal, amendments, and dispute resolution.
