Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing a seamless experience throughout their visit.
• Prepare food orders accurately, conducting quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all food service areas are adequately stocked during shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, communicating needs to the General Manager as required.
• Follow correct vendor check-in procedures as outlined in the operations manual.
• Monitor refrigerator temperatures regularly, reporting any issues to the General Manager.
• Complete shift duties and reports accurately, neatly, and on time.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation with colleagues and customers alike.
• Assume additional duties as needed to support store operational requirements.
Requirements:
• A customer-centric approach, with a friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform basic math functions, and lift inventory up to 40 pounds.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests in English.
