• Be Clean: Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards, ensure all county/city and state health regulations are being followed, and keep the store, dining room, kitchen, and front-of-house areas clean and safe.
• Be Right: Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered accurately and timely, and that station is neat, clean, and organized.
• Be Fast: Drive repeat business by sampling, promoting, and encouraging repeat business, up-selling during customer interaction, and keeping day part builds in check.
