- Ensure compliance with County/City and State Health regulations
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Ensure dining room, BOH, Kitchen, and FOH are clean and safe
- Keep guest-facing areas clean and safe
- Regularly clean bathroom facilities
- Prepare food safely and efficiently - BE RIGHT: Guest Satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure correct food builds to minimize waste and shrink
- Maintain a neat, organized station
- Understand Point of Sale responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with accepted currencies
- Foster a fun and friendly atmosphere during transactions
- Be aware of in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Follow restaurant management direction - BE FAST: Drive Repeat Business
- Engage in sampling activities
- Promote in-store offers
- Encourage repeat business
