Position : Fostering Creativity
Program support
Status : Hourly / Non-Exempt
General Description :
Under general supervision of the Fostering Creativity Program Director, supports the Program Director and Assistant to the Director in the planning, developing, organizing, reviewing, and / or managing the daily operations of the assigned Agency Program or department within the expected parameters of the Agency and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and / or accrediting agencies.
Relationships :
This position reports directly to the Fostering Creativity Program Director
Qualifications (required at time of offer) :
- Excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Prior program / administrative support experience preferred
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications
- Prior experience using standard office equipment
- Able to work a flexible schedule, with "regular" business hours set by the Agency
- Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements
