Description
The exercise physiologist and program coordinator is responsible for establishing exercise interventions and individualized programs resulting from the evaluation of clinical and social data. They are involved in the delivery of movement and educational programs for our clientele, counseling for lifestyle changes and assisting other cardiac rehabilitation team members and patients as they attempt to adopt and maintain their exercise programs.
Reports to: Cardiac Rehab Director

Bachelor’s degree X Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
