We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join us at Ennismore. In the role of General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team on the day-to-day management and successful operation of the hotel. This role is responsible for all aspects of operations of the property providing strategic planning and leadership to all departments in support of our service culture, maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. Job Description
What you'll do...
- Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance, from P&L, through to budgets, through to planning and forecasting.
- Play a key role in hiring decisions for the property.
- Establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- Execute the highest of Brand standards, financial performance, and quality of service.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to your Heads of Departments in the day-to-day People management of each team.
- Oversee all hotel operations.
- Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
- Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
- Serve as the hub for communications with guests, team, ownership, brand representatives and key vendors.
- Find and keep the best talent for your property.
- Be front-facing and high-touch with our guests, involved in handling guests throughout their journey and setting the example for the team to engage in excellent guest experience and recovery at every turn.
- Be a part of the evolution of Ennismore as it expands further in the US and Americas region.
