Job Description
Ennoble First is seeking a Malware Information Sharing Platform (MISP) Lead to guide the development, deployment, and operational support of a comprehensive threat intelligence sharing platform. This senior-level role will focus on MISP architecture and integration across classified environments, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience leading threat intelligence sharing programs, cybersecurity tool integration, and implementing DoD-compliant threat sharing practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the MISP program for large-scale cybersecurity operations.
Develop deployment constructs and integration workflows in cloud (.mil) environments.
Coordinate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align MISP initiatives with mission objectives.
Provide subject matter expertise on malware types, analysis tools, and sharing/reporting practices.
Support and advise government clients on MISP usage and best practices.
Operate and maintain dockerized environments used for MISP and related services.
Collaborate with internal and external intelligence sharing partners.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
HS diploma or GED and 10 years IT experience, Associate's degree and 7 years IT experience, Bachelor's degree and 5 years of IT experience or Master's degree and 3 years of IT experience.
5 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, Hunt, Red Team, or penetration testing.
Deep familiarity with threat information sharing standards and platforms such as MISP or CRITS.
Experience with docker containers and MISP deployment architectures.
Familiarity with DoD/MIL cloud environments.
Knowledge of malware types, malware analysis tools, and reporting standards.
Must hold a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA , GICSP, or CND).
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 CSSP - Infrastructure Support Certification (e.g., CEH, CySA , GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud , or CND) prior to start.
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Desired Qualifications
Experience performing technical intelligence analysis and serving as a technical intel resource.
Familiarity with cross-domain information flow procedures and technologies.
Experience with API integrations and scripting languages to enhance threat intelligence sharing.
Ability to manage complex programs and communicate technical topics to executive stakeholders.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Pay Range
$120,000–$185,000
