My client is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join their team. This is a full-time OR part-time schedule. The rate is $65 / hr . The schedule is 7-4 : 30 pm OR 10 hr shifts. This location is in Vacaville, Ca. A minimum of 12 months of experience within the last 3 years performing services in a public or private institution and completion of a master's degree program from an accredited school for Marriage and Family Therapy is required. A little about this rewarding role : Conduct assessments, and provide clinical treatment interventions such as brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counseling Consults and collaborates with other disciplines for the care and treatment of patients and participates in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination Performs assessments that assist with and facilitate transitional care planning and coordination that links patients with community resources and services Conducts assessments to determine the appropriate level of intervention, education, and counseling services within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems as well as individual biopsychosocial dimensions with specific solution-focused, attainable goals Conducts Cognitive Behavior Therapy for individuals with Substance Use Disorders (SUD), either in 1 : 1 and / or group settings to modify intrapersonal and interpersonal behaviors.
