Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Functional Solution Lead/Architect with a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Oracle SaaS experience, specializing in designing and implementing scalable and efficient business solutions. The role requires a blend of strategic leadership, systems design, and hands-on technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle cloud-based ERP, EPM, and SCM solutions for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Architect integrated cloud solutions to optimize finance, supply chain, and performance management processes.
- Provide presales support and direction on cloud benefits, migration strategies and best practices.
- Conduct Oracle product and proof-of-concept demonstrations for customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, security, and compliance requirements.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, consultants) through the implementation and optimization phases.
- Develop best practices, standards, and documentation for solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to assess new cloud technologies and tools for solution enhancement.
- Troubleshoot, resolve technical challenges, and provide support to ensure optimal system performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Oracle cloud applications (ERP, EPM, SCM)
- 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS applications, including financials and supply chain modules.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes including inventory, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Ability to design and lead cloud migration strategies for ERP and SCM systems.
- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, middleware) to connect ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in cloud environments.
