Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Support seniors by fostering independence and encouraging participation in daily activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while documenting care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
- Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Engage clients in social activities, promoting emotional well-being and companionship.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following proper hygiene practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Skills in cooking nutritious meals that cater to specific dietary needs are beneficial.
- A strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality in caregiving settings is essential.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
