Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Provider to join our team in delivering high-quality care to individuals facing substance abuse addiction. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings and be skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Duties
- Provide outpatient behavioral therapy, including group therapy sessions for diverse populations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required.
- Licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) preferred..
- Strong understanding of addiction counseling principles and practices.
- Ability to facilitate group therapy sessions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
